Please read these terms of business as they will apply to any services, including subscription services, provided to you by Re: Legal Consulting Ltd trading as “EST Update.”

If you use the Services then you are agreeing to these terms of business.  If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.

Subscription Services

1.1 A paid-for subscription will entitle you to have access to the material for the Premium level of subscription.

1.2          If you have signed up for the free newswire, you will need to upgrade your subscription to access material from the Premium subscription service.  The upgrade will apply for the 12 months from first subscription.

1.3          The subscription provides you with a licence and the licence applies to the individual that purchased it.  The licence is not transferable, and you should not share your login details with another individual or entity.

Payment terms

2.1          The Subscription is paid for through the Stripe payment mechanism for a one-off fee for an annual payment.

2.2          The annual payment is due at the time of subscribing and no access to the material will be granted unless full payment is made.

Copyright

3.1          The copyright in the original material belongs to Re Legal Consulting Ltd.  All rights are reserved but the following permissions are given to paid subscribers:

3.2          Single subscribers have permission to download and/or print the material strictly for their use only.

3.3          You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, disseminate this material other than for your own purposes without written permission from Re Legal Consulting Ltd.

3.4          Selling any copyright material to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.5          In some instances the material is covered by Crown copyright under the Open Government Licence v.3.0 https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/

Publishing

4.1          EST Update is published by Re Legal Consulting Ltd (the ‘Publisher’). 

4.2          As the Publisher, Re Legal Consulting Ltd makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents have been well researched and are accurate. 

4.3          The Publisher will also make reasonable efforts to publish information in ‘real-time’ for the Premium Subscriptions.  Real-time reporting is reporting events within a reasonable time of them happening rather than on a monthly basis.

Liability

5.1          The published material is provided as a guide and is for information only and cannot be relied upon as legal advice.  You should seek independent legal advice where necessary.  The Publisher will not accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused including direct, indirect or consequential damage. 

Governing law and jurisdiction

6.1          This Agreement is governed by English Law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
